What we do (and how we do it)
From our offices in Boston and London we work one-on-one with vendors and also offer two three-month intensive coaching programs : Tribalist, our list-building program for tech companies that want to grow their prospect list, engagement and conversions; and Impact, Visibility and Coverage, for technology vendors that want to up-skill their internal teams for PR success.
We help technology marketers and entrepreneurs who are frustrated with lack of visibility or number of sales, so they can increase visibility, engagement with prospects and sales.
Consistently, intelligently and deliberately list-building increases engagement, opportunities and sales. Which is why, in our comprehensive Tribalist program, we show technology marketers and technology entrepreneurs how to do just that.
Our ‘Increase Impact, Visibility & Coverage’ program is a three-month intensive PR coaching program for technology vendors that want to add to the skills and expertise of their internal teams to drive PR results.
What type of vendors do you work with?
We work with technology-based businesses. Our mission is to help our clients to gain the visibility they need to achieve their business objectives, from increasing sales to enhancing reputation with stakeholders. We work with technology vendors of all types, every different stage of growth and across technology types: enterprise software, robotics, apps, fintech, consumer technologies – to help them communicate the features and benefits of any given technology to business in a clear and effective way.
By sharing our expertise through coaching we are able to work with technology companies of all sizes, including startups and early stage companies. Our coaching programs are designed to:
- Provide a cost-effective way for technology companies of all sizes to have access to expertise and resources to sift their visibility, engagement and results
- Up-skill internal PR teams on how to plan, manage and implement a brilliant and relevant program
- Train marketers in how to list-build so they can increase the size and influence of their prospect lists.
“Having worked in high growth start ups requiring strong media relationships, coverage and thought leadership, I have employed Hazel and Prompt on a number of occasions. They can grasp and articulate complex products and industries and create a compelling proposition to stimulate audience interest. I would recommend Prompt to any company looking to launch a new business or entering a new market where smart, targeted PR is a critical part of the marketing mix.”
-Paul Johns, CMO Complinet (CA), Orchestria, Thomson Reuters
“Prompt worked with us, and gave us valuable advice about our target audiences, helped us work with the press and created excellent copywriting. The Prompt team has a strong process, works methodically, and delivers results. Working with Prompt, we have been featured in articles in The New York Times (more than once), Forbes, The Huffington Post, and many other local and radio media outlets and we’re very happy with the results. Prompt was also instrumental in creating a social media presence for us that resulted in a wide variety of inquiries and sales. The results have been both prolific and business meaningful for us. We’ve gotten a lot of business because of our marketing with Prompt.
We highly recommend Prompt – especially for young and fast growing startups. But also for any innovative companies looking to make their presence known.”
