Tax Breaks for the Witch

The Netherlands has decided to give tax breaks to those who are learning to become witches. A Dutch court found that learning to be a witch is like any other schooling course and thus qualifies for tax breaks. The courses are expensive, running into the thousands of pounds.
Now if only they would give tax breaks on the basis of being a nice person.
